During my years practicing in Arizona and downtown Denver I noticed a recurring problem, even for my patients with “good” dental insurance. If a patient needed more than one tooth repaired they often had large co-pays that would prevent them from completing other needed treatments.
A single molar needing a root canal and crown, or replacing a single tooth with a bridge often resulted in co-pays of several thousand dollars, leaving patients struggling to pay for the fillings and other regular care needed to get their mouths healthy. Periodontal cleanings left patients with benefits “maxed out” and unable to repair their teeth or return for follow up care. Often patients delayed smaller treatments, fillings and crowns, and the results were extractions, root canals and bridges. These expensive treatments inevitably lead to more delayed fillings and cleanings, which again lead to more extractions, root canals and deep cleanings.
During my time practicing I also became disillusioned by the current model of dental care, where the doctor runs from room to room performing as much dentistry as fast as possible. I felt that too much focus was on “the numbers” and too little focus on getting the best outcomes for my patients. With a concierge style dental service, we are able to offer a complete dental solution.
For about the price of a bridge to replace one tooth you can repair your entire mouth. Bridges, inlays/onlays, crowns, deep cleanings, recall cleanings, mouth guards, bleach trays, x-rays, virtually all dental treatments are included.
I am only accepting a limited number of patients for this program, and when full, we will stop accepting all other patients.
No insurance accepted.
My office is a throwback to old-school dentistry. It’s a small practice, I perform virtually all clinical dentistry with a single assistant who has been working with me for over a decade.
What sets the practice apart:
Dr. Noah Ariola-Tirella, DDS
Dr. Ariola-Tirella graduated from New York University, College of Dentistry in 2007.
Prior to his career in dentistry, he attended college at Metropolitan State College of Denver and later attending Seattle University, achieving a Bachelors of Science in Biology and a Minor in Chemistry. Following undergraduate training, Dr. Ariola-Tirella worked for year at the Hope Heart Institute. It was while working for the Hope Heart Institute, that he realized he was not satisfied in research.
A year later, he was enrolled at New York Univeristy, College of Dentistry and happily training to be a dentist. During his training, he donated his time and skill to outreaches in both Tanzania and the Dominican Republic. He finds outreach profoundly satisfying and still looks to donate his time.
Outside of dentistry Dr. Ariola-Tirella is a husband and father who also love to spends his time with family cat, Honky Tonky, and dogs, Polly Ann and Commander Zork. When time allows he also trains Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and enjoys working in his vegetable garden.
